All orders are carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. However, if your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we offer a replacement subject to verification. To be eligible for a replacement, you must record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing your package, clearly showing the condition of the outer packaging and the product inside. Clear photographs of the damaged product may also be required. Please ensure that the unboxing video is taken from the moment the sealed package is opened. Without a valid unboxing video and supporting photographs, replacement requests may not be accepted. If your product has arrived damaged, please contact us with your order details, unboxing video, and photographs within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review the request and assist you with the replacement process. Please note: Replacement is subject to verification and product availability.
